My Story
My story began with a passion for roadway safety. after beginning my career in the traffic control industry as a flagger with one of the top traffic control companies in the industry. I fell in love with the complexity of the job as well as the need for eye for detail required to stay safe on the road. I was personally involved in multiple projects varying from construction sites to utility work such as electrical, gas, and water. I moved up the ranks and gained lots of knowledge from experience and some great trainers. After a couple of years, I got the opportunity to work in Operations as a Rental department Manager as well as in the safety department where I became the Regional Safety Manager.
Now as a Training Consultant and Safety professional, I take pride in delivering great flagger and safety training, using the skills I've acquired while obtaining multiple ATSSA certifications, BCSP CSHT and OSHA Trainer Certifications.
My mission is to ensure that those seeking a traffic control career have the basic understanding required to keep themselves and everyone safe during roadway work operations, so everyone makes it home at the end of each day.
Our Services
ATSSA-certified Flagger Training provided is accepted in California and other states accepting the ATSSA National Flagger Certification. In addition to the basic flagger training, we offer comprehensive Safety Training that includes Site Hazard Identification and Mitigation.
OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certification can be provided that meets OSHA requirements for the construction industry.
Our Approach
I strongly believe that collaboration is key to success. We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and goals and identify areas of focus to be covered during training. In addition to classroom instruction, hands-on training is provided with every session, exceeding minimum requirements.
